Dinner Tonight
I am going to l2o for dinner tonight. I'm very excited. It should be a great time and I will try to write a review of the restaurant and dinner sometime soon. Also, the kimchi is still awesome. It is pretty old now, but I like it that way.

Day 1
The verdict after 1 day of jar fermentation:
kimchi tastes super awesome -like a restaurant.
bunghole is already hurting.
affraid I'm not going to be able to enjoy my own kimchi.
gonna have to try a bit tomorrow too though.

It's a rainy Sunday...
You know what that means. I'm going to try my hand at homemade kimchi. No clue how this is going to turn out. Stay tuned...
REVELATION
You know what makes me happy? -Food and beer and wine and things like that. So without further consternation this site on the interweb is now dedicated to the things that make me happy.
Last night I made fried shrimp Po' Boys. They were pretty good, but I think they weren't nearly spicy enough.

Hi everybody, errr nobody. I know nobody actually reads what I write here. If I wrote here maybe I could pay people to actually read it. With that in mind...
I've been reading a ton of blogs lately and that has started me thinking again about writing on my own blog. I don't know exactly what I'm going to say; nothing in my life is really important enough to deserve being posted on a webpage. However, I do have many many interests. So, in the coming days you will find hilarious, thought provoking posts on the topics of: architecture/urban design/the earth, beer/wine, culinary adventures, hockey/broomball, economics/finance, writing, and quality fiction.
Stay tuned....
